Grove Estates is located in Kendall County just west of Grove Road and north of Route 126 in Oswego, Illinois. The subdivision sits on 83 acres of wooded estates that include 50 lots for custom homes. It borders the woods and wetlands of the Oswegoland Park District creating  a peaceful and quiet community of wonderful neighbors with plenty of wildlife.
